INSTRUCTIONS:

Tools and Materials

• Parchment paper
• Mapping pen and white ink
• Extra small, small and large ball embossing tools or shader
• Embossing pad
• Fine-mesh grid and one needle perforating tool
• Two-needle perforating tool, perforating mat
• Pergamano Rose vellum
• Parchment scissors or cutter, glue

Instructions

1. Trace the pattern using the mapping pen and white ink.
2. If the Pergamano Rose vellum is to be used for the card, make sure that the size of the roses in the pattern will match the size of the vellum roses.
3. Emboss the leaves, the oval border and the outer lace border.
4. Using the grid and a one-needle perforating tool, perforate inside the border design.
5. Use the two needle perforating tool the mark the areas for cutwork.
6. Cut out all perforated areas.
7. Add a background colour to highlight the oval opening.
